Salary Package – £95,000 to £105,000 + 10% guaranteed cash allowance, 10% pension (non-contributory), excellent bonuses, 38 days holiday, 12 months parental leave

Location – Remote First (Office locations in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham if you do want to go in!)

I’m recruiting for a Software Development Team Lead on behalf a payment provider backed by one of the biggest high street banks in the UK – after making it through their Tech Accelerator Program back in 2018, they’ve grown to 200+ employees and have an incredibly exciting roadmap in store!

As a Software Development Team Lead, you will be looking after a team of 10+, which is made up of .NET Developers, MS Dynamics Developers and SDET’s.

They are looking for someone who has a strong technical grounding in .NET, building APIs, cloud technologies (they use Azure but are happy with other transferable skills like AWS). MS Dynamics experience is a bonus but the newer projects are in .NET so it’s not essential.

As this is a Software Development Team Lead position, they are looking for leadership experience, and ideally people who are well versed in agile ways of working, TDD and continuous delivery environments.

For this Software Development Team Lead role they are paying £95,000 to £105,000 + 10% guaranteed cash allowance, 10% pension (non-contributory) excellent bonuses, 38 days holiday and 12 months parental leave.

They have offices all over the UK (London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham) but they are a very flexible organisation and are happy to offer remote working if that is important for you.
