Amanda joins Salt with extensive knowledge of Technology Sales & Pre-Sales having worked across multiple digital and SaaS clients. She has established relationships in technology companies ranging from Pre-IPO start-ups through to large global enterprises. Amanda has superb recruiting experience across the UK, Europe and Australia and has developed a loyal international portfolio of clients and candidates.

Lauren steps into her role at Salt with solid experience across Creative, covering the UX/UI/CX and the Service Design space.
She has worked with several leading brands helping clients source their creative hires and provide valuable insight into this highly competitive landscape. Lauren is a subject matter expert and has developed a deep and specialised network within the creative community.
Of her new role, Lauren says: “I love meeting people in the creative, UX/UI space and learning about all the innovative projects they are working on.
