Salt welcomes Ricky Burns as Sales Director for their Perm Technology Team in London. Ricky has been working in recruitment since 2004, building high performing teams across Data, Analytics & Technology. Having worked at Salt from 2014 until early 2017, Ricky is re-joining the business.
The technology practice in the UK has grown to become the largest specialist recruitment team of the company and will, therefore, be split into a contract division led by Sales Director Richard Norris, and a perm division run by newly appointed Ricky Burns.
The last 12 months have been a high growth period for Salt, following the merger with their APAC sister company to form a global business, now covering digital recruitment across the US, EMEA and APAC. The work on the strategic alignment of the businesses and the development of global best practice has now culminated in the rehiring of Ricky.
