The Client:
Our client is a leading fashion and garment manufacturer in the market servicing global consumer brands for over 50 years. They are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team.
The Role:
- Manage and lead the digital marketing department overseeing all digital touch-points in the e-ecosystem for the brand
- Responsible for driving digital advertising strategies to HK and overseas markets in Asia
- Responsible for driving performance marketing with affiliate partners and influences
- Plan and execute paid and organic marketing strategies through SEO and SEM
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Work closely with social media team and content management across different e-platforms
- Responsible for looking into market data and CRM campaigns for driving retention and acquisition
- Work closely with teams internally and business stakeholders
The Person:
- Degree holder in Marketing, E-commerce and Digital Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of working experience in agency; or 6 years of experience working in-house marketing, preferably in the fashion/ lifestyle industry
- Solid experience working for markets in HK, China and other parts of Asia is a must.
- Strong digital experience with solid e-commerce background, SEO/SEM, and community management
- Experience working with e-market places
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and working proficiency in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
