Operation Accountant

Our client, an Asset Management Firm is urgently seeking a seasoned Accountant to join the team:

Responsibilities:

Prepare bank and inter-companies account reconciliations

Prepare month-end closing with breakdown analysis

Prepare and arrange periodic account-related reports and filings FRR filing to SFC

Prepare bank remittance, cash-flow forecasting reports, and cheque payments

To organize all accounting documents for physical and electronic filings

Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

1-2 years’ relevant post-graduate experience obtained from financial services sector

A qualified accountant; with qualifications/certificates in finance would be advantageous

Knowledge of FRR preparation is highly preferred

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and Peachtree

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
