3D Designer – Browzwear

The Client:

Our client is a leading fashion and garment manufacturer in the market servicing global consumer brands for over 50 years. They are now looking for an experienced 3D Designer for a 5-month maternity cover.

Start date: January 2024

The Role:

• Creates and maintains accurate Digital samples efficiently during crucial timelines for the different customers.
• Supports, creates, and maintains Digital product toolbox items such as blocks, outfitting avatars, 3D trims, Color
• Represent DPC in product reviews and collaborate with Internal and External partners.
• Introduce advancements in accurate digital samples, high quality visualization and data driven standards
• Become a technical expert and assist in training and support for technical design.
• Recommend 3D best practices per the brand/product types.
• Work on projects and tasks as assigned by Senior Management aligned with the vision and strategy of the company.

The Person:

• Software proficiency and in-depth understanding of Browzwear. Preferable Certified in Browzwear 3D fashion software.
• Software proficiency in 2D pattern-making software (Gerber/Lectra/Tukatech) Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Substance.
• Apparel knowledge and experience in draping in 3D.
• Knowledge in garment construction, knits & woven fabrics (Product knowledge is a plus)
• 3D Rendering, understanding of Digital materials, lighting.
• Basic 3D modelling/ surfacing knowledge.
