The Role:

– Be the bridge between our talented internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to bring our design visions to life.
– Embrace your analytical prowess to evaluate contractor quotations and provide valuable recommendations to management, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our store renovations.
– Take ownership of the renovation process by diligently following up on any defects, ensuring our stores are flawlessly transformed to impress our customers.
– Be ready for exciting challenges by supporting ad hoc assignments and special projects. Your versatility will be key in driving our success.

The Person:
– Bring your extensive 4+ years of administration experience, ideally in the construction and/or property management industry, and witness your expertise make a tangible impact.
– Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, making you an invaluable team player.
– Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures will set you apart.
