Client Service Executive – Ad Tech Agency

Our client is a leading Ad Tech agency, they offer cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. Their mission is to simplify marketing for businesses by developing advanced and innovative solutions. They are now looking for a Client Service Executive to join their expanding team in Hong Kong.

You will be the core of the client servicing function to engage with existing and new clients. Your responsibilities include managing paid marketing product aspects, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to serve clients globally, particularly in APAC including Australia South East Asia, China, India, and North America. You will also be collaborating with the Tech, Operations, and Sales teams to efficiently address client inquiries. You will learn and acquire expertise in the business’s platforms and understand the Tech Product team’s structure. It is also important for you to define, monitor, and enhance crucial performance indicators for the clients and the business.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and possess exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should also have 2+ years of experience in a client servicing role within a B2B tech/digital agency environment. Knowledge of the e-commerce sector and the digital marketing industry is preferred. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese must.
