Assistant Network Manager

Global Supply Chain Solution Provider is urgently looking for an Assistant Network Manager to support its Global Network Operations:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entire global network operations, monitoring, support, and implementation for all corporate hybrid data and voice networks
• Liaise with vendors to formulate the network architecture, design, roadmap, standard and policy
• Manage different service providers/vendors and their service delivery against KPI and SLA
• Provide Level 3 global network support to the production environment
• Work with the business stakeholders to gather the business requirement, and come up with network solutions and technical documentation to support the business needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems with at least 5 years of related experience in in-house enterprise infrastructure network environments on cloud or data center networks including architecture design, implementation, documentation, and support
• Extensive experience in MPLS, VoIP, multi-cloud, and hybrid-cloud direct connectivity and networking technologies
• Hands-on knowledge in Fortinet SD-WAN technology, Cisco router configurations
• Holder of CCNP or CISSP and relevant Cloud certificates
• Willing to work overtime and provide non-office hours support
