Our Fintech Client with SFC No. 1 License Holder is seeking an experienced operation lead to manage its back office operation:
Job Description:
Handle daily operation tasks like sending orders to product issuer, process contract notes, redemption settlement distribution, transaction advice generation, fund prices and reporting rates handling, etc.
Handle monthly tasks like regular savings plan, monthly statement, statement reconciliation, etc.
Ad-hoc tasks like user setup, account opening, fund setup and maintenance, corporate actions, transfer order handling, etc.
Communicate and handle enquiries from financial institutions, clients, and transfer agencies.
User acceptance test.
Maintain and improve internal control procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or above is preferable.
Knowledge in Database, VBA or Python language would be an advantage.
Independent and responsible.
Attention to details and with high accuracy in work.
Good interpersonal skills, analytical skill, and ability to work independently.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
