BA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage large scale of IT Projects/Program and Business Analyst team. Escalation contact and point of contact from senior business management of the overall project health /status and Vendor management.
• Responsible for team resource allocation; work prioritization and assignment
• Project oversight and iteration features approver.
• Verify and maintain project status in plan view and supervise overall project progress Oversight the overall status of those IT projects from requirement definition to implementation ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, business requirements and benefits, are met and to ensure each of the project get delivered smoothly on time, within budget and of highest quality
• Produce effective and regular project status reports to keep management and stakeholders apprised of updated project status, major issues, change requests and milestone achievements or misses.
• Ensure that issues/problems are managed, and escalated promptly and efficiently in a concise and actionable manner to Head of IT or Senior business stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration relevant disciplines;
• With minimum 10 -15 years of PM and BA working experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Conversational level of Putonghua is required;
• Solid project management skills in initiation, analysis, design, test (e.g. UAT), transition and production deployment. PMP or Prince2 certification. ;
• Good understanding of IT systems and functions in general, Exposure to technologies ;
• Proven track record in delivering large scope development and migration projects
• Experience in liaising with all relevant parties in IT and working with senior business stakeholders;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
