Local Property Management Group is seeking an experienced Network & Cybersecurity Analyst to join its fast expansion team:
Responsibilities
Facilitateand negotiate the requirements with business users/ multiple stakeholders to understand, collect, analyze and articulate the business requirements.
Provide leadership and direction on project overall activities, act as primary contact point for the client for any ‘unowned’ challenges and escalation point
Liaise and co-ordinate with vendors and business partners on user requirement and monitor the development progress in terms of timelines and budgeting
Work closely with different stakeholders including IT technical staff, business users, front-line users, outsourcing vendors and other relevant parties to ensure effective project implementation
Support other operations under E-business including market intelligence, data analytics and other marketing related operations
Prepare documentations including system documentation, user manual and training materials for in house applications & systems
Handle ad hoc duties or projects as required
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in information technology, computer science, business management or related disciplines
At least 6 years in post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity
Experience in Mobile Application, system & API integrationand Cloud technologies as well as SDLC in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience in data management and/or big data projects is a plus
Strong business analysis skills include facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
Excellentvendor management, analyzing and communication skillswith both internal users and external IT services providers
Strong organization & problem solving skills and self-motivated
