Senior System Analyst

Our Fintech Client is seeking an experienced Microservices Infrastructure Lead to manage its Application Development team:

Responsibilities:

• Lead an application team to implement digital solutions to support business operations with microservice architecture
• Supervise the technical team, and manage team resources to optimize the team’s efficiency and performance
• Manage full software development life cycle from user requirement collection to system design and prepare related system documents
• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipeline to streamline development processes
• Liaise with business and other system teams to formulate project plans and manage according to standard methodology
• Optimize and standardize system process & workflow, recommend cost-effective solution options to meet the business needs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Over 10 years working experience in web application design and software development
• Strong leadership and system design experience
• Sound knowledge or hands-on experience in DevOps or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira) and test automation
• Solid full-stack Java development experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Nodejs, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, Vite.js
• Excellent understanding in microservice architecture with Docker and public cloud (e.g. AWS)
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
