Responsibilities:

• Be the catalyst in gathering user requirements, crafting system solutions that effortlessly cater to the needs of internal and external users.
• Take the lead in preparing pivotal deliverables such as functional specifications, robust system design, and comprehensive test plans.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years’ experience in in-house system development. Experience in HR-related systems will set you apart.
• Proficient knowledge in Java, Spring Boot.
• Experience in Microservice architecture design, Agile software development methodologies, DevOps, and continuous testing will be your secret weapon.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin a plus.
• An innate ability to juggle multiple tasks and beat deadlines, even under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with top-tier analytical and problem-solving prowess.
