Position Summary: As a Contract Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering procurement consultancy services to our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia. Specifically, you will be involved in a prestigious project in the region, contributing to the development of an archaeological, cultural, and touristic complex. This project aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 plan and aims to position this priject as a cultural capital on the international stage.

With guaranteed workflow and immediate start dates, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced procurement professionals with exposure in industries such as hospitality and tourism, event management, marketing media and communications, or destination development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pro-active and engaging procurement consultancy services to clients, focusing on contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop procurement strategies, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and delivery conditions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing procurement processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on procurement activities, contract performance, and project milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
  • Exposure to industries such as hospitality and tourism, event management, marketing media and communications, or destination development is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
