Duties and Responsibilities
Review and assess regulatory documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
Communicate regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders effectively.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance across the bank.
Provide guidance to business units on the interpretation of complex regulatory requirements.
Engage in regulatory reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
Develop and update compliance policies to align with regulatory changes.
Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the bank’s operations.
Analyze compliance risks related to new products and services.
Develop and maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in compliance functions.
