The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project.
They are looking for someone with a solid background in commercial fit-out, who understands the fast-paced nature of the sector and can confidently take tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission.
The successful Estimator will have:
* Proven experience in commercial fit-out estimating
* 3 – 5+ years’ experience within the sector
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with design, delivery and commercial teams
* Excellent attention to detail and understanding of tender processes
* Strong numerical and communication skills
