Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with all Government Offices, Ministries, Chamber of Commerce, Police Departments etc. as required.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures related to GR.
- Organize attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour.
- Obtain, maintain, and renew arrangements with immigration, visas, passport authorities and foreign embassies to ensure the smooth movement of employees and visitors.
- Develop and implement timely and cost-effective processes to manage passport and visa activities ensuring documents are tracked and reports are available to monitor progress.
- Develop internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities / bodies or contact persons to resolve any problems or matters concerning the Company, its operations, or employees, including traffic accidents and police matters.
- Acting as an ambassador for the department and company ensuring that business visas to other countries are obtained from foreign embassies / consulates as required by the business.
- Establish and maintain planning documentation to ensure that key milestones are achieved.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior management with regards to government relations.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports related to GR operations. Produce and submit reports on all requested GR activity.
- Keep up to date with the latest GR trends and best practices.
- Ensure the legal documentation and renewals of the company are updated and renewed on time.
- Renew, update, and maintain the licenses and other government certificates.
- Manage all the Ministry of commerce related matters (Issuance, renewal, and adding manager in the CR).
Required capabilities:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree – good communication skills, teamwork spirit, customer focused and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5
- years’ experience with immigration, visas, Labor office and government departments for all Company and employee affairs in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of Saudization rules, government, and Labor laws policies (GOSI, Mudad, QIWA, Muqeem, ZATCA, Chamber of Commerce, etc)
- Ability to successfully work across multinational culture.
- Good English communication and written.
