My client is a unicorn status, global start up. They are looking to hire an HRBP to support their rapidly growing B2C business unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop and deliver people management strategies
  • Cover the full HR spectrum, including recruitment and talent development
  • Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
  • Contribute at both a strategic and operational level
  • Provide expert professional advice and support to staff on all aspects of people management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years HRBP experience
  • Degree qualified – Ideally within HR or relevant subject
  • Experience within a global business
