Content Director

Job Summary:

As the Content Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the content and program for our events in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for defining the content strategy, curating engaging themes, and overseeing the development of compelling content for our events. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market, strong industry knowledge, and a creative mindset to ensure our events stand out and deliver exceptional value to our attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the objectives of each event and resonates with the Saudi audience.
• Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate event themes, topics, and agendas that capture the interests and needs of the Saudi market.
• Content Curation: Identify and secure high-profile speakers, thought leaders, and experts in various industries to contribute to the event’s program.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and other interactive formats.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and relevance of content and presentations, providing guidance and support to speakers and presenters.
• Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to encourage audience interaction and participation, fostering a dynamic and interactive event experience.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to enhance the content’s competitiveness.
• Speaker Management: Manage relationships with speakers and presenters, handling their logistics, accommodations, and content requirements.
• Event Execution: Work closely with the production and event management teams to ensure seamless content delivery during the events.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze attendee feedback and event metrics to make data-driven improvements to future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event content production, with a strong focus on B2B events in the Saudi market.

• Proven ability to conceptualize and curate event content that meets the unique requirements and interests of the Saudi audience.

• Strong industry knowledge and a vast network of potential speakers and content contributors in Saudi Arabia.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Creative thinking and the ability to design interactive and engaging event content.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
