Creative Director – Agency

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Creative Director to spearhead our company’s creative endeavors. This role demands strong leadership, aiming to harness the full potential of our creative team.

As the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the graphic design and marketing departments to deliver compelling content that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We are seeking an individual with an exceptional level of creativity, dedication, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the brand team to generate innovative ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Stay abreast of trends, analyze new data, and remain current on the latest marketing techniques.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement customized marketing plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Define brand standards and establish procedures to ensure all products align with the brand.
• Oversee the department’s daily workflow, allocate project workloads, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Craft exceptional and well-targeted copy that fulfills clients’ requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital experience, particularly in web, social, and emerging technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• A creative and strategic thinker.
• Must speak Arabic
