Senior UI/UX Designer

I’m looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our client’s office in Dubai.

Role:

As part of growing digital team, your main tasks will include UX/UI Design and content strategy creation and validation. You need to understand how to present and develop information and interactions across all digital channels, creatively and practically.

Strong research skills and a passion for working with clients to develop their business and communication strategies beyond their website and digital applications is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.
• Partner with the Product Owner, the engineers, to establish the user experience of a feature from conception to launch.
• Sensibility for creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete their tasks (UX writing).
• Familiarity with user-interface guidelines and best practices for major platforms such as iOS Human Interface Guidelines and especially for Google Material Design Guidelines.

Skills & experience:

• Advanced command of industry standard design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision) and prototyping software.
• Experience working with web or mobile based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, XCode, etc.
• Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile.
• The ability to take feedback/direction to generate multiple design explorations and iterate those designs.
