UX Copywriter

5-month initial contract with extensions

I am working with a leading technology company in the Middle East that is looking to add an Arabic-speaking UX copywriter to its team on an initial five-month contract.

I am looking for a UX Writer for my client, to craft clear, engaging, and user-friendly content that enhances the overall user experience.

In this role, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create microcopy, navigation labels, error messages, onboarding flows, and in-app content that guide users seamlessly through our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write concise, clear, and engaging UX copy for digital interfaces, including buttons, menus, tooltips, and error messages.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain content style guides to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine messaging and improve usability.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive language that enhances user experience.
• Optimize content for accessibility, localization, and inclusivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or related role.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools, design software (Figma, Sketch), and content management systems.
• Experience working in agile teams with designers and developers.
• Ability to write for different audiences and across multiple platforms.
