Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
▪ Deliver customer-centric products iteratively and incrementally from a solution design perspective
▪ Work on improving creative processes and help develop innovative ideas and concepts
▪ Design how the feature should look like and explain why they should be developed in a certain way without actually coding
▪ Determine the layout of the navigation and how customers should interact with it
▪ Develop site-maps, cohesive user interface architectures, wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes
▪ Collect usability requirements (e.g. from sessions with business) and incorporate feedback into user experience enhancements and/or new features
▪ Provide the conceptual creative direction for projects by means of conceiving and expressing robust creative strategy, in written and diagrammatic forms
▪ Interact with front-end developers and other relevant programmers to develop a prototype of new features and products
▪ Research interaction design & latest technology trends and share with team
Educational Qualifications & Experience
▪ BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
▪ 3-5 years in a design role (ideally UI/UX)
▪ 1-3 years participating in Agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, etc.), scrum certification a plus
