CRM Specialist

Our client, a growing SaaS business is looking for a talented eCRM specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the CRM strategy and execution of all lifecycle marketing
• Implement KPIs for the lifecycle program alongside the analytics teams and have a focus on optimisation.
• Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
• Technical campaign planning
• Nurture the businesses customers throughout their lifecycle from initial acquisition through to purchase with attention to detail and pure focus on the customer journey.
• Analysis and report generation
• Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
• Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
• Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Experience working in a high-growth company is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience a must
• Implementation of a CRM tool from scratch would be beneficial
• SQL experience required
• CRM experience within a B2C digital environment is required
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies (MarTech)
• Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives

Job Requirements:

• BS or MS degree
• 3-5 years experience with CRM & analytics
