Our client is looking for a talented Director of Customer Insights to join their growing Customer experience team.
This global business is keen to create a new focus on Insights that informs business decisions on a global scale.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Inspire customer success across the company by representing the voice of the customer.
- Empowers others to take ownership and accountability through effective delegation and support.
- Plans, selects and recruits a fit for purpose team for the customer insights function across multiple territories.
- Overall responsibility for managing, sourcing, monitoring, interrogating, analysing and interpreting Market and Competitive.
- Influence & lead the innovation strategy and activities through actionable consumer insight.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions and C level executives
- 7+ years experience within customer insights, Omnichannel, retail and ecommerce fields.
- Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus.
