Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their innovative AI platform team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and adoption of the AI platform within the target market segments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients such a high net worth individuals, understanding their unique needs, and effectively positioning the AI solutions to address those needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI technology adoption and contribute to the expansion of the platform’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the defined market segments.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to propose tailored AI solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the platform’s capabilities effectively.

Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical experts, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Solution Selling:

  • Articulate the value proposition of the AI platform and its specific features to potential clients.
  • Customize and present solutions that address clients’ challenges and highlight how our platform can drive tangible business outcomes.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the AI platform’s technical capabilities and benefits.


  • Successful sales experience in financial markets or technology.
  • Strong communication skills in English is a must have.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.


  • Uncapped commission with OTE earning of up to 30,000 USD per month.
