About the Role:
The Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy across multiple digital properties. This senior role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and executive leadership, to ensure the brand’s positioning remains relevant and impactful within an evolving industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Define and lead the overall brand strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Establish brand messaging and value propositions that differentiate the company’s offerings.
- Create and manage marketing roadmaps on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Evaluate brand performance using qualitative and quantitative brand health indicators.
Brand Development & Execution:
- Oversee the consistent development and deployment of brand assets across all communication channels.
- Work with internal teams to ensure integrated brand experiences across content, CRM, product, and performance marketing.
Campaign Management & Media Strategy:
- Design and execute cross-channel media strategies to amplify content and brand presence.
- Partner with agencies to plan media buys, define target audiences, manage budgets, and track ROI.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary brand advocate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Align marketing activities with broader business and leadership objectives.
- Oversee agency relationships and creative production partners to ensure successful delivery.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor key brand KPIs and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Continuously refine tactics based on consumer insights and analytics.
- Use brand health data and campaign results to optimize messaging and media plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in brand marketing and management within consumer-facing sectors.
- Proven track record in developing strong brand identities and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience with data-driven strategies and interpreting performance analytics.
- Background in client-side or agency-side roles within entertainment, media, or tech is beneficial.
