About the Role:
My client are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join their growing maintenance company. You’ll manage day-to-day customer queries, oversee job scheduling, and ensure the smooth processing of work orders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email
- Liaise with internal teams (engineers, procurement, finance) to ensure timely job completion
- Log, track, and process work orders and service requests
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits and contractor appointments
- Maintain and update job tracking systems and client records
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding job status and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth office operations and provide admin support as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a customer service/ office management role, ideally within maintenance, property, or service-based industries
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
