D365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for Improvement
• Design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics to meet the identified requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications
• Configure and customize
• Microsoft Dynamics modules to align with business processes
• Develop test plans and conduct functional testing
• Assist in the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system

Skills:

• Knowledge of financial accounting principles, chart of accounts, ledger setup, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Skills in managing vendor and customer transactions, payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of inventory tracking, stock levels, warehousing, and inventory valuation methods
• Skills in Budget control strategies, Budgeting parameters, Budget report configuration
• Knowledge of employee records, benefits administration, and payroll module parameters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Must have 1 implementation project and 2 Support project experience.
