Lead Data Scientist – (Banking Experience) – Dubai, UAE.

Salt is currently representing one of our key clients, a leading banking group in the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa and Turkey) region with a presence in 13 countries, serving over 14 million customers and they are looking to add several senior leaders to their team as they scale, including 2 Lead Data Scientist.

These positions are permanent hires, full time and will require relocation to the UAE – this organization has relocated hundreds of technology specialists from all areas of the world and employ some of the brightest minds in the technology industry from some of the world’s leading banking companies, hence they have an excellent onboarding process and assist with relocation costs and setup.

This organization serves customers, businesses, governments, and institutions with a range of financial products and services including retail banking, corporate and institutional banking, Islamic banking, investment banking, private banking, asset management, global markets and treasury, and brokerage operations.

We’re looking to identify a strategic and visionary Lead Data Scientists professionals with around five to eight years of experience in a data science role, preferably with a banking experience, with the ability to translate data insights into a clear and compelling narrative with practical outcomes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
