Chief Technology Officer – Digital Agency – Dubai

Salt are currently representing an established Digital agency based in Dubai who have instructed us on a search for a CTO to join their Dubai HQ and head up their software engineering team. The firm has a global footprint (multiple offices in multiple countries) and is the largest player in their specific industry.

The CTO will be a hands-on technologist as well as dynamic business leader who can steer the tech team and create roadmaps for the business to supporting scalability over the coming years. Our client is looking to identify a Engineering Leader with hands-on technical capability, together with running the team of Backend Engineers, supporting on rapid growth and enabling the company to scale.

The team comprises of Front End and Back End engineering and Data, utilising a tech stack including Java, Python, AWS, React, PHP, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker and many more. The CTO hire is a permanent position, to be based from their Dubai HQ.
