Are you ready to step into a strategic HR role? Our client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager to oversee payroll, compliance, and benefits across multiple entities.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead payroll transition to an outsourced provider, ensuring a smooth migration.

· Manage payroll cycles, bonus reviews, and performance evaluations.

· Oversee expatriate employment matters, including visas and tax compliance.

· Drive compensation benchmarking to enhance benefits for the next 3-5 years.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders on entity integration for acquired companies.

· Work on insurance negotiations and benefits structuring.

· Ensure legal compliance and optimize HR processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Strong payroll and compliance experience, with a strategic mindset.

· Confident in stakeholder management and business alignment.

· Skilled in benefits structuring and compensation analysis.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
