With that being said, my client is on a look out for a Finance & Admin Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible to oversee all aspects of financial management and administration of their company ensuring financial health and compliance of the company’s entities.
How your day to day to would like:
Financial Management
+ Ensuring accurate accounting and bookkeeping systems are in place through data entry of AP & AR giving weekly updates to the leadership team
+ Managing payment of invoices to vendors and partners
+ Cash flow projections and providing advisory in relation to finances, tax and payroll
+ Managing the company bank accounts and transactions
+ Submission of withholding taxes and bi-monthly SST submissions
+ Liaise with the tax agents for income tax submissions
Admin Management
+ Monthly payroll and annual EA Forms processing
+ Employee claims & HRDF claims processing
+ EPF and SOCSO contributions
+ Drafting of Partners Resolutions
+ Keeping employee personal records, health / well-being benefits and insurances up to date
Governance Support
+ Work closely with the Directors to mitigate financial and legal risks to the organisation
+ Ensuring reporting obligations to relevant bodies are completed
+ Consult with the Directors so that each individual has an opportunity to understand key financial issues confronting the organisation
+ Recommend suitable policies and procedures around finance and accounting for consideration
To succeed in this role, you will need:
+ A minimum of 3 years experience in payroll processing
+ Proficiency in SQL accounting software
+ Solid understanding of financial regulations and best practices
+ Attention to detail and must LOVE numbers and spreadsheets
