Finance Operations Coordinator – Marketing Ops

We’ve joined forces with our client, one of the top players in the global tech distribution space to elevate their internal team efficiency. They’re on the lookout for a Finance Operations Coordinator to play a key role as pioneering member within their APAC Marketing Operations team.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between Marketing, Finance, and external vendors on all financial, administrative, and operational matters. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders and have a hand in setting up and refining processes that champion operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Responsible for AR & AP processes and ensuring the smooth process of payment and compliance with corporate standards and vendor policies.

· Ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely with all required documentation.

· Use of Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools to analyse marketing expense data and provide strategic insights to support decision making.

· Administration of the end-to-end approval processes for marketing activities.

· Work closely with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Finance & Sales team to verify on all marketing expenses and deliverables.

· Manage new vendor onboarding processes by collaborating closely with the Finance team.

Skills and Experience:

· 3+ years experience in finance or marketing operations, with strong foundation in AR & AP processes.

· Knowledge in tax regulations and compliance standard is a must.

· Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

· Prior experience within the marketing or tech industry would be advantageous.

· Fast learner & adaptable individual is a huge plus.
