Practice Lead

SALT is hiring a Practice Lead for one of the regional employments marketplaces in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 6 months & renewable contract role. In this role, you will be acting as a Project Manager for new Career Development initiatives within their Technology Business unit.

What you’ll do:

• Implementing new L&D metrics for technology business unit for FY26
• Implementing new Promotion Framework
• Support implementation of new Technology Graduate Program
• Project managing Career Development initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, engineering leadership, and SMEs to ensure career path reflects both functional skills and technical specialization pathways

Key Requirements:

• Understanding of evolving technology roles, emerging skills, applying industry frameworks that can be adopted to business needs.
• HRBP | OD Practitioner | L&OD Practitioner background
• Agile Project Management Skills
• Experience in Technology / digital job architecture
• Experience in role design and career mapping
• Strong facilitation of workshop skills
• Familiarity with frameworks such as SFIA or Radford would be ideal
