With business thriving, our client is now looking to expand their team and bring on-board a brilliant Client Services Director to help drive their brand growth in the borderless online world.
This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is:
+ From a client servicing background within a digital media agency and with international brand experience especially within the e-commerce space
+ Familiar with social media ad buy/planning, statistic, data and social media platforms including Meta
+ Confident in being a counsel to clients in advising targets, metrics and brand story
+ A strategic thinker with the ability to view things on a holistic level
+ Driven by empathy and critical thinking with the way you manage your clients and team
+ A superb communicator and articulate in conveying your points across
+ A bit of an entrepreneur as you would grow your clients’ businesses as if its your own
+ Reliable, steady and calm especially when in handling crisis
How would a typical day look like?
+ Owning client communications and setting the flow for campaign reporting
+ Analyse data, trends and client performance
+ Working closely with the BD team to develop strategic pitches for new businesses
+ Collaborate with internal Analytics team to understand clients’ objectives in order to deliver advertising and business solutions, excellent service, and translate data to help them achieve their business goals
+ Planning ahead for client’s campaigns, especially in anticipating peak periods and formulating sales mechanics
+ Guiding and nurturing your team, ensuring your support is always accessible
