Influencer Campaign Specialist

We’re hiring on behalf of a global AdTech agency that’s building momentum in the influencer marketing space. With a strong presence across Asia and beyond, they’re looking to bring on an Influencer Campaign Specialist – someone who’s creative and solutions-driven.

What you’ll be doing:

· You’ll take the lead on influencer campaigns – from discovery to delivery

· Researching and identifying the right influencers based on target audience, engagement, and brand fit – primarily across XiaoHongShu, but also TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

· Managing end-to-end campaign execution: from briefing and timelines to deliverables and reporting

· Being the key point of contact for both clients and influencers – ensuring communication is smooth and aligned

· Negotiating influencer rates and contracts while keeping everything compliant

· Monitoring campaign performance, flagging issues early, and working with stakeholders to optimise outcomes

· Delivering post-campaign reports with insights and suggestions

· Collaborating with internal teams to feed influencer data and learnings back into future proposals and planning

What we’re looking for:

· Someone who is proactive, organised, and excited by the fast-paced world of influencer marketing.

· Experience with XiaoHongShu or similar platforms would be a plus – but more importantly, we’re looking for that “can-do” mindset and someone ready to own their projects.
