Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a candidate-driven calibre to manage and drive insights driven branding, marketing, digital engagement, partnerships and marketing development activities within Malaysia.

You will have the opportunity to lead customer relationship management (CRM) through development and execution of customer life-cycle marketing that profitability drive customer acquisition, retention while maximising operational efficiency and company growth.

This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional requiring you to working closely with regional marketing, product management, data science, sales & operations to orchestrate programs that deliver on the customer needs and scale.

You will also:

* Develop holistic in candidate acquisition and retention marketing strategy, based on thorough understanding and insight into the business, customers, competitors, channel and the marketing/digital funnels adopted in the organization.

* Analyze and interpret business data to identify growth opportunities and develop corresponding O2O, online and offline marketing initiatives to drive incremental growth across multiple touchpoints.

* Base on regional framework, drive integrated, end-to-end acquisition, lead generation, market research, product usage and retention programs for candidates.

* Lead and manage campaign/projects for key marketing initiatives to strengthen the company brand value proposition in the market to attract quality and relevant candidates.

* Strong ability to lead content management, identify suitable channels and deploy to track performance of the content in various consumable formats against objective and key results (OKR):

  • Generate effective content for online community platforms on daily basis- including blog, social media and forums.
  • Work with press members and bloggers to generate community content and increase brand exposure.
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute offline community events.
  • Gather community feedback to achieve best possible user experiences.
  • Creative and strategic to lead content creation process in a timely manner with good time management and planning.
  • Critical understanding of all content distribution channels and platforms. Lead, manage and distribute suitable content for target segment, support HOD to roll out campaigns relevant to key segments with appropriate and effective content marketing strategies.
  • Track performance of all campaigns with focused OKR and strategic to improvise and optimize the plan from time to time. Analyze performance of different platforms and engage in continual optimization.
  • Proactively share the tracked campaign performances including online, offline, social media or digital with broad stakeholders on regular basis.

* Work closely with HOD on P&L, identify growth levers, weaknesses and strength of the brand and product, work collaboratively with HOD to deploy effective strategy to win back and retain market share.

* Lead and manage Customer Life-cycle Management and contextual customer journey for the market.

* Familiar social media and digital channels and tools to collaborate with digital leads and drive earned, owned and paid media for candidates acquisition and retention.

* Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and accomplishment of key marketing initiatives.

* Agile to rapid changes and willing to adapt to new technology and environment.

The successful candidate will have:

* Degree in marketing, journalism, mass communications, business administration or equivalent.

* At least 5 years of experience of proven records of developing and executing winning marketing strategies in a B2C environment, experience in end-to-end brand / category management with P&L responsibility an advantage.

* At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics including segmentation, profiling and executing of CRM campaigns.

* Experience of social media and proven records of developing, nurturing, building/managing online communities.

* Excellent command of English and Malay (Chinese is added advantage).

* Creative with ideas and open to change.

* A relentless drive to get stuff done. A hands-on problem solver, you are comfortable with ambiguity and will take an idea and make it happen; you persevere when others fall away.

* Strong critical reasoning, commercial and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature – achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.
