Analytics Engineer (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and analytics. This role requires someone who can work independently, transform complex data into actionable insights, and contribute to building and scaling the analytics function.

Your primary focus will be on data transformation and reporting, leveraging data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics to empower stakeholders with meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform and optimize data from the warehouse into dashboards and actionable reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide insights.
• Use Python to support and maintain lightweight data pipelines.
• Build and expand the analytics function by understanding the data landscape and planning for future growth.
• Optionally, contribute to data science modules for advanced insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Strong background in data transformation, analytics, and dashboarding.
• Skills: Proficient in Python and data visualization tools; experience with building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Independent: Capable of working autonomously without the need for extensive coaching.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively.
• Growth-Oriented: Eager to build and lead the analytics function, with potential to expand the team in the future.
