Analytics Manager

Are you a hands-on analytics leader who thrives on turning data into actionable insights? We’re hiring an Analytics Manager for our client to drive product intelligence and support data-driven decisions for a leading global platform. This role offers the chance to work with a highly agile, multicultural team and collaborate closely with Product Managers across the region.

As the Analytics Lead, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 analysts
• Partner with Product Managers to provide insights, measure product performance, and support strategic decision-making
• Get hands-on with data, from SQL deep dives to visualizations in Tableau or Power BI
• Ensure delivery of clear, actionable insights that guide the product roadmap
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and often ambiguous environment

If you’re an experienced data leader who brings:

• ~15 years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in team management
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Solid command of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Experience handling large datasets and fast-paced environments
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
