Devops Engineer – Business Process Integration

We are looking for a skilled Devops Engineer – Business Process Integration to join our client within the renewable energy and has been a pioneer for the last few decades worldwide. You will work with various business units, leveraging your technical expertise as a key point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for internal and external partners, addressing complex IT application and process issues.
• Deliver business support and training on processes, tools, and reports as needed.
• Offer guidance and structure for day-to-day operational support, ensuring external support teams have the necessary resources to resolve issues effectively.
• Analyze and resolve user/system-generated tickets beyond the scope of external teams, including implementing solutions and training affected users.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for adopting new requirements and technologies in a global virtual team environment.
• Consult and support IT process analysis, solution design, and optimization of business processes.
• Navigate middleware platforms (e.g., SAP PO, CPI) and conduct technical implementation of B2B integrations.
• Support strategic planning and realization efforts.
• Provide technical expertise in standard connectivity message structures (e.g., iDocs, XML, EDIFACT, VDA, JSON).

Requirements:

• Strong EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and business process knowledge, especially in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Experience in operations and troubleshooting connected systems, with expertise in ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and problem management.
• Understanding of L1, L2, L3 support concerns and service delivery processes.
• Ability to handle operational tasks rather than project-based consulting.
