Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for Senior Data Analysts to join a team to play a key role in supporting decision-making, optimizing product performance and delivering analytical solutions.

Your work will involve creating dashboards, conducting A/B tests and performing in-depth analyses to measure how well products meet customer needs.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the heart of our strategy. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted analytics partner, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop structured frameworks to measure product health (e.g., conversion funnels).
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Ensure data availability aligns with business objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights and documentation.

Looking for someone with:

• 5 years and above working with large datasets, deriving insights, and translating business needs into data strategies.
• Advanced SQL expertise (Python and Tableau/PowerBI proficiency), including window functions, query optimization, and data modeling
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills, including building interactive dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in experimental design and statistical testing methodologies.
• Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.
