Senior Software Engineer – CRM

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (CRM) to join a dynamic Engineering team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of developing, improving, and maintaining software within the Salesforce CRM Platform, ensuring high technical standards, reliability, and scalability.

You will guide and mentor junior engineers, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on user-centric design, you will deliver secure, well-tested, and performant solutions while contributing to the team’s technical alignment and operational excellence.

This role operates within an Agile framework, requiring collaboration across multi-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and data engineers. You will actively participate in Agile rituals, manage production incidents, and drive platform health through DevOps practices.

To thrive in this position, you will need proven experience in Salesforce development, APIs, CI/CD, and modern software engineering principles.
