As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with the institution’s strategic goals.

Your role will cover a mix of software, infrastructure, and business analysis, ensuring a holistic approach to IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between infrastructure and application teams, ensuring seamless integration.
• Lead enterprise architecture revamps, setting the IT blueprint for future scalability.
• Work closely with business analysts to refine requirements and provide strategic IT solutions.
• Oversee IT project implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology best practices.
• Identify gaps in current IT frameworks and recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, from C-level executives to operational teams, to ensure smooth execution of IT initiatives.
• Provide insights on open-source solutions, AI trends, and machine learning to enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in IT service management (ITSM) and software lifecycle management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Degree or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (no less than a degree).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure management.
• Experience managing software teams and IT projects (hands-on experience in project management is a plus).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, process management, and ITSM frameworks.
• Technical expertise in infrastructure technologies such as networking, server hardware, and data center setups.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning trends is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SharePoint, Java, Android, PHP, and internal mobile app development.
• Ability to mediate between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
