Support Analyst II

Our client is a global software organization that assist retail outlets and oil & gas businesses to increase efficiency and profitability by securely connecting their data and operations. We are looking for a highly skilled Application Support Analyst II to join their team, who will be responsible for managing escalations from the helpdesk center. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, focusing on SQL, mainly on POS systems. You will be working in a hybrid model, with the majority of the role remote, but also expected to be on-call on a rotational basis. Role Responsibilities:

• Handle escalations from the helpdesk center and prioritize incoming calls and tickets.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for SQL and POS systems
• Analyze logs, errors, and database scripts to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Continuously improve processes and proactively handle tickets to meet KPIs.

Skills Required (Ranked):

• SQL (Advanced level) – Must have extensive experience with SQL for troubleshooting and database management.
• POS Systems (Non-negotiable) – Strong understanding and experience with troubleshooting POS systems.
