THE OPPORTUNITY
This newly created role is based in Parnell, Auckland and you will work in a team of 4. This is a fantastic career opportunity where you will report to the Finance Manager and day to day you will be responsible for:
- Daily data entry of a high volume of supplier invoices into Xero
- Daily banking of EFTPOS & cash transactions
- Processing credit card transactions and reconciliations
- Organisation of paperwork including the filing of forms, and vouchers
- Assist with month end reporting
- General administrative support
YOUR BACKGROUND
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, who wants to get in on the ground level. You might have 1-2 years’ work experience, ideally some exposure to accounting or keen to develop your career in this field. You will be a team player who is willing to help, support and focus on a large volume of data entry each day.
