THE OPPORTUNITY

This newly created role is based in Parnell, Auckland and you will work in a team of 4. This is a fantastic career opportunity where you will report to the Finance Manager and day to day you will be responsible for:

Daily data entry of a high volume of supplier invoices into Xero
Daily banking of EFTPOS & cash transactions
Processing credit card transactions and reconciliations
Organisation of paperwork including the filing of forms, and vouchers
Assist with month end reporting
General administrative support

YOUR BACKGROUND

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, who wants to get in on the ground level. You might have 1-2 years’ work experience, ideally some exposure to accounting or keen to develop your career in this field. You will be a team player who is willing to help, support and focus on a large volume of data entry each day.
