Financial Controller

Supporting this team (managing a team of 5), you will be reporting to an amazing leader in the UK, supporting the AU & NZ finance function.

THE ROLE

• Finance & management reporting (preparation of/review of Annual Financial statements)
• Manage day to day functions of the Finance department (including statutory reporting, financial and management accounting, taxation, insurance, capital management, foreign exchange, and financial analysis.
• Lead the team by example, ensuring best practice across all areas, ability to drive process improvement

WHO AM I & WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

• A seasoned CPA / CA with proven experience working at this level
• Ability (and experience) leading a team / ability to drive this forward (you’ll have a flair for managing people and a great deal of emotional maturity and intelligence)
• Technical capability is key (an expert in Excel with VLookups etc), including Business Central, HFM and Hubspot experience is advantageous
• Immediately available and can commit for 6 months
