Temporary Accounts Administrator

We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for an accounts professional like you to join our clients team. We’re seeking a down-to-earth individual with a natural willingness to support and confidently handle a variety of tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accounts receivable duties, ensuring the smooth running of this function
• General bookkeeping, including invoicing, receipting, and making deposits
• Managing debtors, day-to-day maintenance, reconciliation, and opening of new accounts
• Credit control, including following up overdue accounts
• Matching, coding, and approval of invoices – AP processing large volumes
• Collaborating closely with the Procurement department to resolve internal queries
• Handling customer requests and queries professionally
• Investigating and resolving any external issues with Suppliers
• Addressing billing discrepancies
• Generating financial reports and statements

Who You Are:

• Solid AP/AR experience in a busy, high-volume environment would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and good communication skills
• Immediately available
• A reliable and proactive attitude is essential!
• New Zealand experience is preferred
