The role
As Operations Scheduler you will be responsible for ensuring that the daily jobs and projects run smoothly and without a hitch. It’s a busy varied role where your responsibilities will include:
· Receiving and creating jobs and updating the daily job sheets
· Scheduling the daily runs for the trucks and crew ensuring travel time is minimised
· Entering and following up with clients on any changes and updates on deliveries and pick ups
· Communicating with clients regularly to ensure they are entirely happy
· Providing support to the crew as and when required.
What you need
· Strong Coordination skills/experience
· High degree of organisation and self-management skills
· Ability to manage pressure a
· Logical thinker, proactive and detail orientated
· Customer focus
